Restorative
White/Composite Fillings
Made of tooth-colored material rather than mercury,
composite fillings restore the teeth's natural beauty.
Composite fillings can be matched very closely to your
natural tooth color and are virtually indistinguishable
from non-restored teeth.
Onlays
A conservative restoration process in which composite,
porcelain or gold is applied to a tooth that is not
strong enough to support a filing.
Crown
A crown is a restoration that covers a tooth in order
to strengthen the tooth and restore it to its normal
shape and size. A crown may be placed to support a large
filling when there is little remaining tooth structure,
to attach a bridge, to protect weak teeth from fracturing,
or to restore fractured teeth. Crowns are made of porcelain
fused to white gold or all porcelain.
Bridge
A fixed bridge is used to replace missing teeth. A bridge
helps to create a normal bite, prevent stress on the
dental ridge, prevent the drifting and tilt of adjacent
teeth, inhibit decay in abnormal areas, and slow the
onset of periodontal disease.
Air Abrasion
This system is a highly advanced technology used to
remove tooth decay and prepare teeth for filling. It
eliminates the heat friction, vibration, noise, and
continuous water stream generated by conventional drills.
